We use your Personal Data to contact you in regard to services we provide to you or your company, invitations to Upright Music events, or to deliver marketing messages relating to our services and activities (e.g. a newsletter). We may also use your Personal Data to operate or improve our websites or services, to provide customer service, or to analyse and improve our products, services and technologies. If you wish to discontinue newsletter emails, you may follow the “unsubscribe” instructions included within each email communication.

    We will not share your Personal Data with any third party except as stated in this Privacy Notice, as required to provide our services to you and administer your account, or otherwise as required or permitted by law.     Date export

    Personal Data collected by us may be stored and processed in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Poland, the Baltics or any other country in which Upright Music, its subsidiary and affiliated companies or agents maintain facilities, and by using our sites or services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

    Upright Music takes reasonable measures to protect the security of your Personal Data. We use current industry standard technology to maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of the information you provide to us. For example, we use secure servers with industry-standard SSL 128-bit key encryption to protect your Personal Data. However, we cannot guarantee that any information you submit to us will be free from unauthorized third-party intrusion.

    Changes to the processing of personal data 

    The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our treatment of personal information may be necessary. We reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If we do, the date of "last updated" at the bottom of the page will be changed. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible message on our sites.

    What are cookies?

The information will only be presented to other persons or companies in aggregated and anonymized form. Information is transmitted also to third parties if this is required by the authorities.
